1. Each QR code is only valid for one admission.
2. The QR code appeared after submission does not guarantee a spot to the event. If admitted, a confirmation email will be sent to your designated email address within 3 days.
3. If you cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please notify us at least 2 days in advance at 37920707, or email at marketing@ebram.org.
4. If you are unable to attend without notifying us, it may affect your participation in future events organised by eBRAM.
5. In case of any dispute, eBRAM reserves all rights to make the final decision.
6. The dress code for the Conference is business attire.
Personal Information Collection Statement and Privacy Policy
Purposes of Data Collection
eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Centre Limited (eBRAM) collects
information for the registration for marketing and promotional events, aggregation of
pertinent statistics for eBRAM’s prospective events coordination, facilitating
communications about your registrations, and any other purposes directly related to the
above.
Unless otherwise indicated, the information provided will be used solely for the stated
purposes above.
It is mandatory to provide data marked with an asterisk (*) to process your registration marketing events.
You may opt-in to be enlisted on the e-mailing list to receive future communications from eBRAM and can unsubscribe at any time. For details, please refer to our eBRAM Marketing Events Privacy Policy.
Data Transfers
The information provided, including personal data, may be transferred to an independent vendor engaged by eBRAM for developing the marketing events registration website and assisting with the registration for the relevant marketing events.
Access to Personal Data
You may at any time (i) request access to and correct the personal data relating to you in
any of our records or (ii) withdraw any consent which you have provided in respect of our
use of your personal data. Please send data access or data correction requests or your

Privacy Policy
Data Privacy and Security are our priorities at the eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Centre Limited (eBRAM). We take all necessary precautions to ensure that personal data collected for marketing event purposes is safeguarded under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
The following data protection measures are implemented at eBRAM:
1. Data is only collected and processed in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner as necessary that is adequate and limited to eBRAM’s specific marketing events or related functions and activities.
2. Ensure that all the personal data collected or retained is accurate and kept up to date.

4. Data will only be retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is collected. A deletion of personal data will be conducted within 12 months after the marketing events unless previous consent to be enlisted in eBRAM’s e-mailing list has been obtained.
5. Provide access to and correction of personal data of which you are the data subject.
6. Appropriate technical and organisational measures including physical, electronic, and management controls are implemented to safeguard the personal data we collect against unauthorised or unlawful access, processing, erasure, accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
